The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has officially announced that the results of the 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on Thursday, October 29. The announcement was made on October 24 by Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, chairman of the committee and the Dhaka Education Board.

A total of 1,270,583 candidates registered for the examinations under 11 education boards across Bangladesh, including general education boards, the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, and the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board. The examinations covered HSC, Alim, HSC (Business Management and Technology), HSC (Vocational), and Diploma-in-Commerce programmes.

The examinations began simultaneously across the country on July 2 and were held at 2,697 centres across 9,439 educational institutions. Written examinations concluded on August 8 under most boards. Professor Akhtaruzzaman stated that detailed information about the results publication will be announced through a press release on October 26.

Students will be able to check their results on the respective education boards' official websites and through other designated channels using their examination roll and registration numbers.
